Terms and Conditions

Contract
A binding contract will exist once a deposit is paid.

Payment
A non-returnable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking, the balance is due six weeks before the start of your holiday (we'll send you an invoice at that stage). If you book less than six weeks before the start of your holiday, the full amount should be paid. Payment can be made online by paypal or by credit or debit card. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Deposit
We do not take a security deposit. However, in making a booking you accept responsibility for any damage caused and agree to pay us for any loss that we may incur as a result. Please treat the facilities and accommodation with care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them.

Cancellation
If you cancel your holiday more than six weeks before it is due to start then you will lose your deposit. If you cancel less than six weeks prior to the holiday then the full balance remains due and is not refundable. We strongly recommend that you take out suitable holiday insurance. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

Arrival and Departure Times
On your day of arrival the bungalow are available from 3.00 pm. On your day of departure, please vacate the bungalow by 10.00 am in order for us to prepare for our next guests.

Smoking
Sorry, no smoking inside the bungalow.

Children
Parents or guardians accept full responsibility and supervision of and for their children at all times.

Pets
Sorry pets are not allowed.

Towels
We provide bed linen and t-towels. Please bring your own towels.

Power
The cost of gas and electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.

Right of Entry
We reserve the right to enter the bungalow at any time under any reasonable circumstances.

Unreasonable Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of guests adversely impacts upon the comfort or health of neighbours.

Limitation of Liability
We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage, consequential or otherwise suffered by you or any other member of your party, unless there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents, or unless death or personal injury was caused by our negligence. If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood damage) the property is not available for the date of the holiday booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the customer will be refunded in full. The customer shall have no further claim against the owners.
Your vehicles and contents are left entirely at your own risk as are all personal belongings left in the property.
We shall make every effort to rectify any faults or make repairs to equipment or services as soon as possible, should the need arise. We cannot however, be held responsible for any such breakdowns or loss.
Please notify us of any shortcomings with the bungalow immediately so that action can be taken.

Data Protection
We will hold information provided by you in connection with your booking. It will be used in connection with your booking and for informing you about the bungalow. If you are on our mailing list and do not wish to receive any future news then please let us know by email.

Variation
Details of Brambles Farm Bungalow are subject to change and improvements over time. We aim to keep our website and brochures as up-to-date as possible. If you have any particular requirements, please call to check details. Any suggestions for alterations that would further enhance your stay are more than welcome.
We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.
